The Emporia High boys golf team finished in 2nd place at the Centennial League tournament Monday. The Spartans finished 11 strokes back of Washburn Rural.
Individually, Caden Massey finished in 3rd place with a 78 and earned 1st team all-league honors. Dylan Smith finished in 8th place with an 80, Brooks Sauder finished in 12th place with an 82. Dylan and Brooks both earned 2nd team all-league honors. Alex Allemang finished in 15th place with an 83 and Skyler Stewart finished in 17th place with an 84. Both Alex and Skyler earned 3rd team all-league honors.
The Emporia High boys golf team goes to Junction City on Thursday and will host a tournament next Monday before playing in the Andover regional on May 17th.
