The Kansas Basketball Coaches Association has announced their postseason award winners.
Olpe girls Coach Jesse Nelson has been named the Girls Coach of the year and the 1A Division I Coach of the year.
Olpe boys Coach Chris Schmidt is the 1A Division I Coach of the year.
Olpes Jordan Barnard and Macy Smith have been selected to play in the All-Star game.
Rick Bloomquist, the head boys basketball coach at Topeka West and formally at Emporia High School, is the Don Jones Courage Award recipient.
Emporia State signees Madison Skelton from St. Thomas Aquinas and Kylee Scheer from Cheney have also been selected to play in the All-Star game.
Kylee Scheer was named Miss Kansas Basketball.
