With the Dynamic Discs Open fully underway, Emporia Police have closed part of one street near a local course.
Emporia Police have closed the 1900 block of West 24th between Lincoln and just west of the Jones Park entrance off 24th. Four Seasons residents and visitors are encouraged to use Prairie Street to access 24th.
The Jones Park course is currently being used by the top-tier disc golfers for play Wednesday and Thursday. They shift to the Emporia Country Club for the semifinal round Friday and the final round Saturday.
