Lyon County deputies are investigating after shots were reportedly fired in an area northeast of Emporia on Saturday night.
Shots were reported fired near 205th and Burlingame Road, or about two miles northeast of the Emporia city limits, around 9 pm. Early indications had over 10 shots fired.
There is currently no word on arrests or information on what may have led to the incident at this time.
