Blustery conditions are expected to begin the workweek.
As such, the National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory affecting Chase and Greenwood counties from 10 am to 8 pm Monday. The current forecast is calling for wind speeds between 25 to 35 mph throughout the day with gusts as high as 45 mph also possible.
Winds could blow around unsecured objects, knock down tree limbs and possibly lead to minor power outages.
