The Emporia State baseball team lost to Missouri Western 19-4 on Sunday.
Western scored 4 runs in the 1st and added 5 more in the 2nd and never looked back. They would add 6 runs in the 5th to put the game out of reach.
Western wins the series 2 games to 1.
The Hornets will try to get back on the winning track next weekend when they play at Northeastern State.
