Both the Emporia State women and men finished in 1st place at the Emporia State hosted Midwest Classic track meet.
The men had 3 first-place finishes, Kaleb Barber in the long jump, Juwan Johnson in the 100-meter dash, and the mens 4 by 400 relay.
The Emporia State women had 5 first-place finishes, Jenna Ramsey in the 10, 000-meter run. Madison Runnion in the high jump, Megan McManis in the pole vault with provisional vault, Jazmin Willims in the long jump and Alyssa Conway in the hammer throw with a provision toss for nationals.
Allie Barrett finished 2nd in the pole vault with a provisional vault.
