Americus Mayor Dustin Wright has filed for re-election.
Wright is currently the only person on the ballot for that position.
Americus also has two City Council positions up for election. Those are currently held by Lea Hamlin and Britney Hinrichs. Neither have filed for re-election at this time.
The filing deadline for this election cycle is June 1 at noon. City Commission, City Council and mayor positions are on the ballot.
