The Emporia State soccer team hosts Missouri Western Thursday afternoon.
Both teams are 3-0 in the MIAA Northwest Division and will help determine the number 1 seed for the Spring Crossover Tournament next week. The Lady Hornets are 7-0 for the spring season. Sophomore Joanie Westcoat says this has been a rewarding spring.
The Lady Hornets have outscored their opponents 21-4 in their 7 matches and have 4 shutouts, including the last 3.
Kick-off is set for 3 pm on the Emporia State soccer pitch.
