COVID-19 increases continue for some area counties, albeit in small amounts.
Chase County reported no new cases in its weekly report Tuesday, so the community total remains at 185. There was one new death, moving that total to three. There are no active cases.
Coffey County had no new cases in its weekly report Monday, making it the third straight week for no new activity. The county now has 664 total cases and 14 deaths.
Morris County reported two new cases over the last week with its report Tuesday. The county now has 613 total cases. One new death was reported, putting the county total at 22. There are two active cases.
Unlike other area counties, Osage County refers residents to the Kansas Department of Health and Environment website instead of county information for new data. KDHE says Osage County now has 1,215 cases and 26 deaths.
Greenwood County has not updated its data set since March 5. At that time, the county had 589 total cases and eight deaths.
Wabaunsee County hasn’t updated its data set since April 5. The county has 617 total cases, five active cases and 14 deaths.
