The Emporia High girls soccer team was outscored by Circle 7-1 Monday.
Circle led 2-0 at halftime and exploded for 5 goals in the 2nd half. The lone Emporia High goal came in the 2nd half, Hannah Boa scoring the goal.
Emporia High Coach Oscar Macias told his team this was a great learning opportunity.
The Emporia High girls soccer team is now 4-3 for the season. Tuesday they play at Manhattan.
