The Emporia High boys golf team finished in 5th place out of 7 teams at the Manhattan Invitational Monday.
Individually for Emporia High Brooks Sauder finished in a tie for 4th place with a 78. 4 Strokes back of the winner.
Caden Massey finished in 17th place with an 84.
The next tournament for the Spartans will be next Wednesday, the Seaman Invitational.
Washburn Rural won the team title. Shawnee Heights was 2nd, Manhattan 3rd.
Luke Leonetti of Washburn Rural took medalist honors with a 74.
