The Chase County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help as it investigates reports of stolen trailers and at least one riding mower.
The Sheriff’s Office says there have been reports of three stolen trailers have been stolen over the past week. A Grasshopper mower was also stolen recently from the Strong City rodeo grounds. One of the trailers has been recovered.
Trailers are hard to find after they have been stolen because many are not registered, so the Sheriff’s Office says people with trailers should park them where they can be secured.
