The Emporia State softball team was swept by Rockhurst in a doubleheader Wednesday.
Rockhurst won the first game 13-2. They scored 9 of the runs in the 1st inning.
Rockhurst won the 2nd game 3-0, shutting out the Lady Hornets on 1 hit.
Emporia State will return to MIAA play Friday with a doubleheader at Northwest Missouri State.
