Authorities are seeking information to the whereabouts of a missing Emporia man who was reported missing last week.
23-year-old Guillermo Hinostroza was reported missing on Mar. 18 and is reported to have been “having thoughts of self-harming himself” prior to his disappearance according to Kansas Missing and Unsolved.
Hinostroza is 5’7″ tall, 200 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a checkered black and white jacket, black shirt and black pants with a black Chicago Bulls hat.
