Emporia’s water line network continues to take a beating.
The Public Works Department have responded to four different reports of water line issues Friday after fixing six other reported water line failures Thursday.

Ninth and Elm
Elm between Fifth and Sixth
Thursday list
15th and West
Grove between Chestnut and Lawrence
Grove and Elm
South Commercial and Soden’s Road
2000 block West Ninth
1300 block Grand
This follows Tuesday’s line break on West 12th outside Newman Regional Health.
Thursday’s list has been cleared. Friday’s list is in progress. The Ninth and Elm break was fixed but failed after the initial work.
