Miguel Cabraras grand slam in the 7th inning powered the Detroit Tigers past the Kansas City Royals 7-5 Friday night.
The Royals had taken a 5-3 lead in the 6th inning on Michael Taylors 2 run home run.
Royals manager Mike Matheny says it was one of those nights.
