If you find yourself feeling peckish Saturday then head down to Flint Hills Mall where you’re certain to find something to cure your hunger.
A food truck rally is coming to the mall’s parking lot starting at 10 am Saturday. According to Marketing Manager Heather Siebert, there are currently eight food trucks set to attend.
Siebert says if any other food trucks decide they want to be involved they can still get in on the fun. If you would like to get your food truck added to the line-up visit Flint Hills Mall before Saturday or call 620-342-4631.
Siebert says Saturday’s event will not be a competition like this past fall’s Food-A-Palooza event. Siebert says current plans are to have Food-A-Palooza return in September.
The food truck rally will run until 2 pm. Food trucks will be permitted to stay later if they so choose.
