The Emporia High boys golf team will be playing for a trip to state at the Andover Regional Tuesday at Crestview Country Club.
This will be a challenging regional with Bishop Carroll, Kapaun Mt. Carmel, and Andover Central in the regional and 9 of the top 20 golfers in 5A.
Emporia Highs Brooks Sauder is ranked 19th in 5A and likes the way he has been playing.
Caden Massey is ranked 20th in 5A into his first post-season tournament.
Top 3 teams and top 5 players not on a qualifying team advance to State.
