Emporia State University will wrap up its basketball camp season with a special Team Camp and tournament Wednesday. The Camp for area schools and coaches started on Monday and will conclude on Wednesday.
The Camp featured both Varsity and Junior Varsity divisions for students with a guaranteed 5 games plus a round-robin tournament. Lady Hornets Head Coach Toby Wynn says there are a number of benefits to an event like this.
The participating teams had the opportunity to stay on campus in the dorms for the duration of the camp. Recruitment will become the main focus for Coach Wynn once the camp concludes.
