Flint Hills Community Health Center has a new behavioral health specialist.
Viridian Reyes Coria obtained her bachelor’s degree from Emporia State, majoring in sociology with a minor in crime and delinquency studies. She earned her master’s degree in social work from the University of Kansas.
Born in Mexico, Coria has lived in Emporia the last 21 years. She has previously worked at USD 253 Emporia and SOS, specializing in work with people involving developmental disabilities or domestic violence.
