Dr. Floyd Dorsey says that acknowledging signs of stress in pets is “hard to miss.”
Dorsey said that stress-related issues in pets during the Fourth of July are very common. The more nights of continuous fireworks, the more stressed out the pet will gradually get.
Clinics are also significantly overwhelmed at the moment so any last-minute issues will be less likely to receive immediate treatment.
