The Morris County Attorney’s Office is looking for two people who did not return for court or other legal proceedings as expected.
County Attorney Laura Viar says Logan Callahan, 18, was found in violation of probation after he was convicted of unlawful sexual relations last October and was subsequently ordered to serve his underlying sentence of 10 months during a recent online hearing. The order was issued June 1 but Callahan did not turn himself in and is now considered at large.
Callahan is a white male. His last known address is 1508 Oxford Place in Manhattan, but he known to travel between Emporia and Council Grove.
Separately, Viar says Baylor Yadon, 32, was recently granted a three-day furlough July 6 with a revocation hearing planned in the near future, but Yadon did not return to jail once the furlough ended.
Yadon is a white male. The revocation hearing is on an attempted aggravated domestic battery charge, but he also faces two pending cases, one involving suspicion of DUI, felony possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle without an ignition device and the other involving aggravated escape from custody.
If you have information about either person, call Viar at 620-767-5899.
