The Emporia High football team held their first practice Monday. Over 50 players were out for the first day under the direction of 1st-year head coach Keaton Tuttle.
One of the changes is the switch to a zone-style offense. Coach Tuttle says the change fits the players.
For senior quarterback Cam Geitz, he is looking forward to the changes.
The Spartans will kick off the season on September 3rd at Topeka Hayden.
