An El Dorado woman was arrested Monday in Osage County on suspicion of drug activity.
According to Osage County Sheriff Chris Wells, a deputy stopped a vehicle for an alleged traffic violation shortly before 1:45 pm Monday at milepost 158 on Interstate 35. During the stop, the deputy supposedly located illegal narcotics in the possession of a passenger identified as 48-year-old Stephanie D. Bell.
Bell was arrested and booked into the Osage County Jail on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Formal charges are pending.
