The Emporia State volleyball team opened their season Friday losing in 3 sets to the University of Texas Tyler, 25-16, 32-30 and 25-19.
They will continue play in the Southeastern Oklahoma Classic Saturday with matches against Southeastern Oklahoma and Southern Nazarene.
