The Emporia High girls cross country team finished in 5th place and the boys finished in 12th place in the Emporia Invitational Saturday.
The girls were led by Elizabeth Willhite who finished in 25th place.
Sofia Ruvalcaba finished in 30th place. Micah Sheffy-Harris finished in 34th place.
Manhattan won the girls team title. Hope Jackson of Bishop Carroll finished in 1st place.
Jonathan Laudie finished in 11th place to lead the Emporia High boys.
Daghyn True finished in 16th place.
Olathe East won the boys team title. Carter Stewart of Olathe East won the boys race.
