The Emporia State soccer team played Fort Hays State to a 1-1 draw Friday night.
The Lady Hornets scored 1st in the 21st minute of play Hannah Woolery scored on a stick back off a missed penalty kick.
Fort Hays State tied the match with a goal in the 63rd minute of play.
Emporia State outshot Fort Hays 18-15 and 9-7 on goal.
The Lady Hornets are now 4-0-1. They are scheduled to host Washburn Sunday in their home opener.
