The Cleveland Indians scored 3 runs in the 1st inning and added a single run in the 2nd inning on the way to a 4-1 win over the Kansas City Royals Tuesday night. Hunter Dozier hit a solo home run in the 7th inning for the Royals lone run of the game.
The Royals and Cleveland were scheduled to play again Wednesday night. The game has been postponed due to the weather. It will be made up Monday afternoon.
The Royals will begin a 3 game series in Detroit Friday night.
