A Burlington man was hospitalized in a Kansas City suburb after a motorcycle crash Saturday evening.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says 24-year-old Maxx Serl was eastbound on Kansas Highway 10 when he crashed at Renner Boulevard in Lenexa just before 7:30 pm. Troopers say Serl, who was not wearing a helmet, went across the left side of the highway across a grassy space before overturning the motorcycle and getting thrown from the vehicle.
Serl was taken to Overland Park Regional with suspected serious injuries.
