The daily average for available beds held at five between Sept. 22 and Oct. 5, the same number as it was between Sept. 15-28.
Patient transfer times still vary widely, ranging between 14 minutes and better than 40 hours. The median currently is just under two hours.
The daily average for positive cases is at seven, down one from the prior reporting period. Of the 40 hospitalized COVID patients between July 1 and Oct. 5, 37 or 92.5 percent have been unvaccinated.
