Emporia city commissioners will have two meetings Wednesday morning.
Commissioners will start their time by resuming their action meeting from last Wednesday. The only order of business is to have a public hearing on a Community Development Block Grant application for partially funding a street project.
Commissioners will also have a study session to discuss a grant application to the Kansas Department of Transportation for extending the runway at the Emporia Municipal Airport. Commissioners will also discuss the latest on the State Revolving Fund Drinking Water loan program.
The adjourned action meeting begins at 10 am with the study meeting to follow. Both will be in the Municipal Court Room.
