Iowa State outscored Kansas State 33-20 Saturday night.
The Cyclones held a 10-7 lead after the 1st quarter and never trailed.
Skylar Thompson threw for 206 yards and a pair of touchdowns while adding a rushing score for Kansas State. Phillip Brooks and Malik Knowles each caught a touchdown pass for the Wildcats.
Kansas State is now 3-3 for the season and 0-3 in the Big-12. They play at Texas Tech next Saturday.
