Local residents won’t have to go too far Saturday to support the work of Camp Alexander, in fact they’ll only have to travel a little over 500 yards.
Harry and Lloyds in Americus will be hosting the 4th annual .5K for Camp A Saturday afternoon. Registration begins at 2 pm and costs $30.
The registration fee includes a t-shirt, two beers and a meal. All proceeds from the .5K will benefit the services provided by Camp Alexander.
