As COVID-19 vaccinations for children move towards reality, the Greater Emporia Area Disaster Relief Fund is working with Newman Regional Health and Lyon County Public Health to gauge interest in that option.
The Disaster Relief Fund has developed a Google survey asking questions like county of residence, whether children attend USD 253 Emporia, number of children between ages 5-11, whether parents plan to vaccinate their children and the best vaccination time if the shots are indeed approved by the federal government.
