A delayed preliminary hearing in an Emporia rape case is set to take place Monday.
Brice Obermeyer, 46, is accused of activity with a person in their early 50s this past summer. He’s currently charged with rape, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated burglary, lewd and lascivious conduct, criminal restraint and stalking.
The hearing is set for 2:30 pm in Lyon County District Court.
