USD 253 Emporia was able to have its Seasonal Celebration return to a normal format after a COVID-19 adjustment last year. Another area school district had to postpone one of this year’s holiday concerts because of COVID.
USD 386 Madison-Virgil says there were “multiple confirmed cases” of COVID, so Thursday night’s music concert for the elementary school has been postponed to next week.
The concert tentatively has been moved to Dec. 15 and will take place at 6 pm, ahead of the regularly-scheduled concert for the junior-senior high at 7 pm. Both concerts will take place at Madison High.
