Thankfully, nobody was hurt when a homeowner drove into a propane tank on property in north Lyon County.
Firefighters from Allen-Admire responded to the 10oo block of US Highway 56 shortly before 5 pm. Lyon County Undersheriff John Koelsch says the vehicle damaged the tank, which leaked but did not catch fire.
Authorities have not said why the vehicle hit the tank. The driver’s name has not been released.
