There was good news for the Kansas City Chiefs after their COVID-19 outbreak last week.
Coach Andy Reid said Wednesday that everyone on the active roster passed COVID protocols.
That includes tight-end Travis Kelce. Reid also confirmed that cornerback Rashad Fenton, safety Armani Watts, kicker Harrison Butker and punter Tommy Townsend — were all at practice Wednesday. On Monday, linebacker Nick Bolton and offensive linemen Lucas Niang and Kyle Long were also cleared from the COVID list.

The Chiefs practiced Wednesday without running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire, who was out with a shoulder injury he suffered during Sunday’s game.
The Chiefs will continue to prepare for the Cincinnati Bengals the rest of the Week.
They will take an 8 game winning streak into the game.
Quarterback Patrick Mahomes said they kept the same mentality during the rough start.
One of the reasons for the turnaround has been the improved play of the defense. Lineman Chris Jones says they can still be better.
Sunday’s game in Cincinnati is set for a noon kickoff. The game will be broadcast on Country 101.7FM.
