Lyon County commissioners will discuss new jail equipment as part of their weekly action meeting Thursday.
Commissioners have the purchase of a new fingerprint scanner on the agenda. The cost has not been announced.
Commissioners could also approve a fire alarm monitoring contract through Tech Electronics as well as the annual resolution to waive Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Four executive sessions are also planned.
The meeting starts at 9 am in the County Courthouse Commission Chambers.
