Kansas State led at halftime 35-29 but could not hold on in the 2nd half.
Nijel Pack scored a game-high 21 points to lead the Wildcats. Selton Miguel added 13 points.
Kansas State is now 8-5 for the season and 0-2 in the Big-12. They are scheduled to play at West Virginia on Saturday.
