The Emporia High girls wrestling team finished in 1st place at the 2nd Annual Dodge City Invitational Saturday.
The Lady Spartans had 7 top 4 finishes. Madelyn Griffin at 126 pounds was the lone individual champion.
Ariana Estrada at 101 pounds finished in 2nd place.
Azia Obregon at 115, Virginia Munoz at 138 and Mia Rodriquez-Esparza at 170 finished in 3rd place.
Evelin Geronimo at 109 and Alexis Turpin at 235 finished in 4th place.
The Emporia High boys finished in 6th place at Dodge City. The Spartans had 4 top 4 finishes.
Xerarch Tungjaroenkul at 145 pounds was the lone individual champion. \
Lukas Hainline at 126 finished in 2nd place.
Jesse Ultreras at 170 finished in 3rd place.
David Tucker at 132 pounds finished in 4th place.
