COVID-19 case increases remain in double figures according to Lyon County Public Health’s midweek report.
Public Health noted 78 new cases Wednesday bringing the week’s total to 153 new cases following a report of 75 Monday. The county’s overall total now stands at 9,884 since the start of the pandemic in March of 2020.
The county’s death toll increased by two to 108. The number of cases awaiting final cause information from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment rose by one from six to seven.
