Emporia States softball team was 1-1 on day one of the Washburn Invitational Saturday.
Emporia State run-ruled Wayne State 13-2. Josie Harrison drove in 3 runs. Abby Ward would hit a solo home run.
Missouri – St. Louis out-scored Emporia State 10-5.
The Hornet Softball team is scheduled to play St. Cloud State and Southwest Minnesota State on Sunday.
