One man has been arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery in Osage City.
Police Chief Fred Nech says officers were called to an alleged domestic violence call at 277 Market shortly before 2:30 pm. Officers eventually arrested 45-year-old Shane Kendall and booked him into jail on suspicion aggravated domestic battery. Additional details about the alleged incident are not being released.
Formal charges are currently pending. Osage City Police also received help from the Osage County Sheriff’s Office and Osage County EMS on the case.
