The Emporia State the women finished in 6th place and the men finished in 8th place at the ESU Relays that wrapped up Saturday
Emporia State had 6 top 3 finishes and 3 provisional qualifiers.
The lone champion was Abby Reid in the heptathlon.
Alyssa Conway finished in 2nd place in the hammer throw with a provisional throw for nationals.
The women’s sprint medley relay finished in 2nd place and the men’s sprint medley relay finished in 3rd place.
Nathan Ewing tied for 2nd place in the high jump. and the men’s 4 by 400 relay finished in 3rd place.
Megan McManis finished in 4th place in the pole vault with a provisional vault.
Holly Brockmeier finished in 6th place in the javelin with a provisional throw.
The Cloud County women and men both finished in 1st place.
