The Kansas City Royals outscored the Cleveland Guardians 19-9 in a spring training game Monday.

Andrew Benintendi hit a 3 run home run in the 1st inning and a 2 run home run in the 2nd inning.

The Royals are now 6-3-1 for the spring and will play the Seattle Mariners Tuesday. The season opener for the Royals will be April 7th against Cleveland.
