It was not the afternoon the Emporia State baseball team was hoping for Friday. Rogers State rallied for a 9-7 win over the Hornets.
Emporia State held a 5-2 lead after 5 innings. Rogers State would score 2 runs in the 6th and added 5 runs in the 7th.
The Hornets and Hillcats play again Saturday afternoon in Claremore, Oklahoma.
