The USD 252 Southern Lyon County Board of Education handled a lot of business at its regular meeting Monday night.
Board members made minor adjustments to student handbooks and had a discussion on fees for the upcoming academic year. The board also got an update on accreditation matters, according to Superintendent Mike Argabright.
In other business, the board approved the purchase of another bus, adding to three others already on order. The district was recently awarded grant money from the Environmental Protection Agency to buy a new bus.
The board also approved a handful of summer projects, including flooring and door replacements at district buildings.
