Winter has transitioned to spring on the calendar, and it’s about to do so for the Emporia Farmers Market as well.
The last Winter Market on the schedule takes place Saturday at Waters Hardware. Farmers Market Director Trisha Fullerton says there will be a lot of different items available.
The Winter Market is from 10 am to noon.
Meanwhile, the Farmers Market is getting ready for its regular season schedule, which begins the week of May 2 — including the start of the Olpe season May 2, the beginning of the Allen season May 5 and the start of Emporia’s 40th annual season May 7.
